The Shanghai New International Expo Center will host SIAL Shanghai from May 28th to 30th 2024. This fair will cover an extensive area of 200,000 square meters and is expected to attract 5,000 exhibitors from more than 70 countries and regions, as well as more than 180,000 professionals from more than 110 countries.
This year, the event will present nine sectors: the manufacturing of meat products, dairy products, beverages, prefabricated foods, snacks, food technology… distributed in different national and regional pavilions.
