Today we introduce the FBR ELPO monoblock, suitable for pasteurizing and filling aseptic products.
This compact solution includes several key components:
- Deaerator: Stores water for automatic cleaning, receives the product to be sterilized, eliminates air bubbles and handles the already sterilized and not filled.
- Recirculation pump: It works during equipment cleaning.
- Screw pump: Loads and sterilizes the product.
Aseptic pasteurizers have three essential phases :
- Heating: With aseptic scraping surface exchangers.
- Maintenance or holding: Stainless steel tubes with steam barrier to maintain temperature.
- Cooling: With scraping surface exchangers and tubular coolers.
The aseptic filler has two heads to optimize production, allowing one bag to be filled while another is being prepared. The electrical panel controls all the monoblock processes, automated and managed by its own software.
